The project "Promoting Licensing Platform and Mechanism for Digital Archives Project" which belongs to “National Digital Archives Program” (NDAP). In 2007, we stand on prior execution results to further the process on licensing mechanism and platform of digital archives and digital learning.  To integrate and promote the licensing mechanism on digital archives and digital learning.

The purpose of this project in 2008 includes major points below：

1. To review the current licensing regulation and draft the best practice mode.
2. To research and analyze current operation and practice of digital archives and digital learning in other countries.
3. To survey business exhibition of digital archives and digital learning.
4. To support digital archives organization and value-added industry and to attend international licensing exhibition and conference.
5. To promote and spread licensing system in educational circles.
6. To support public selection of research projects on evaluation of intangible assets and projects on industry and university cooperation.
7. To set up professional legal team for providing legal consultation and suggestion on policy.
